I did learn a lot this year, some the hard way and some the easy way :)

about praising people, it's also connected to their personality and since we all have huge gaps in our souls then this is mostly falls in the wrong place. Now don't stop praising people especially me :P

I agree with everything you've said, especially about dictators. 2011 was the year of the fall of the Dictator. I cannot wait until the others fall.

#5 is the ultimate lesson, sometimes my eyes go like that too, lol.
